Kay O’Connell
Practice Manager

Kay is our practice manager and assists Dale with property transactions, responsible for the firm’s operations, staff management seeking continual improvement to our day to day operations of the business.

Starting her career in banking before moving in to the legal office, Kay has been continually building her skill base including becoming a qualified legal executive, trust account management and AML compliance.

Outside of work Kay is big on community and is currently the President of the Wakatipu Netball Centre, her passion is coaching netball – inspiring and developing young players.
